TO Studio’s Apollo module landed for it’s first mission to Brera Fuorisalone 2018, created by the Studio’s co-founders Tim Oulton & Simon Laws as an inspirational talisman of the studio, it will journey to various locations around the globe.
The original Apollo programme produced the most iconic image of the 20th century, the first picture of the Earth from space, our ‘pale blue dot’ as Carl Sagan called it, seen against the vastness of the known universe. Epitomising the ambition and innovation of the era, these incredible machines are inspiring symbols of creative journeys.
Designed and manufactured in our own workshops, Apollo 1 has been fashioned from hand shaped mirror stainless steel with a sumptuous interior of buttoned and platted leathers, lambs wool carpeting and illuminated alabaster. Adaptable for a range of uses Apollo 1 can function as an indoor/outdoor dining pod, private VIP seating zone or workspace meeting capsule.
